Vehicles died turns over wont start
Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Mazda b2500 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 148000 miles
while driving vehicle died. engine turns over but won't start. checked fuses, relays and fuel pump makes whirring noise on start.

Hi
Pull DIST cap off have helper crank does rotor turn? if no Timing Belt has broken.

this vehicle doesnt have distributor that i am aware of.

no dist but i did just pull timing belt cover and the timing belt is broken thanks for giving me the idea to check the belt tho

Glad to help Mazda used Ford engines in some and someused dist others coli packs
