1987 Mazda b2200 Backfire,dies and no restart

I was driving down the road and the truck backfired then lost power will not restart. I checked coil and it gets power to it but plugs show no power. I am lost here. Help Please

The rotor isn't turning on the dist.

Timing belt broke needs replaceing good news engine NOT interference so no valve damage. if you deside to DIY see diagram for aligning marks
