I have a mazda 626 LS 1998, 122000, V6. Whenever I drive for more than 10 minutes the car overheats when I am idling at a light or in traffic. Also when I start my car after a few hours all the lights and everything work but I have to give it gas before it will turn over. It doesn't make any noise. Just completely dead? What are the causes of these problems?

Water pump has gone bad and timing belt needs to be changed the water pump has gotten hot and lossened the rubber on the timing belt so the timing is off.
