I have a mazda 626 1994, I just changed the plugs to find the rear 3 plugs were saturated with oil, what does this mean?

The plugs reside in plug holes and the seal that is associated with the valve cover is bad. Put on a new valve cover and replace the grommets that cover the plug holes. Should take care of the problem, but do it. Not good for the wires or plugs to be bathed in oil.

He is right.

Most of the time the rocker cover gaskets them selves are just hardened. The new gaskets come with the covers for the spark plug holes.

It would be in your best interest to change BOTH roker covers gaskets at the same time, and to change ALL the rocker cover bolt seals at the same time.

Being as you are saying the rear plugs. You will also need two intake gaskets for when you take the intake manifold off.

This job is not really for a do-it-yourself person. There are a few things that you can really mess up while removing and installing the intake gasket on these motors. So think hard before you attemt it yourself.

The average book time for this job (and don't quote me) is between 3-4 hours of labor.

Think around $60-100 parts (CND)
