We purchased this Mazada 626 from my neigbors parent who had no problems out of it whatsoever. Since we have purchased it the car it has begun making really loud high pitched squealings when she cranks it up. The check engine light is on and it was on when we purchased it and they said it comes on and goes off randomly which it does. Our mechanic checked the car out and said it would definitely be a good car for her to start to drive in back and forth to school. Any suggestions as to the sqealing? Our mechanic thought it could be the belts he changed those and it continues. Please help!
