The 1997 Mazda 626 will sometimes not turn over and /or start when I turn the key . The lights and radio work at full strength but sometimes I have to turn the key off and on 3 or 4 times and then it starts. Put in a new battery and cleaned the terminals well with no success. There is no set time or weather condition specific too this problem. Trans neutral switch ? Starter ? I mean it does nothing one moment and starts and runs fine the next.
