Engine Performance problem
1997 Mazda 626 4 cyl Manual

My 97 Mazda 626 has a misfire on cylinder 2. The check engine light is on and flashes when you drive the car. The ONLY code is misfire on cylinder 2. I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, distributor and the lower oxygen sensor. I have no idea what else would cause that code. It's an intermittent misfire. When you crank the car and it's sitting in the driveway it fires on all 4 cylinders. (I have pulled the wires and plugs to check this) When driving the misfire comes and goes, but seems to be worse under load. Also the longer the car is driven (warmer the engine gets) the worse it seems to get, and at that point won't even idle well. Someone please help!
