1996 Mazda 626 radiator leaking!

1996 Mazda 626 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 163xxx miles

is it easy to replace the radiator on a 1996 4cyl 626, I dont have the money to pay a mechanic to do it, I only have enough to buy the part.



i just need tips on what I should do and what parts I need along side with the radiator.

It should be very straight forward if I can remember correctly.

Since it is manual, there are no transmission lines going to it, so there should only be two rad hoses and an overflow hose going to it.

Some times for the install would be, if the spring clamps are rusted, I would replace them with regular gear clamps to ensure they don't leak. Also, ensure you bleed the coolant system properly until the thermostat opens up and there are no more air pockets left in the coolant system.
