my car sound like is turnin on but is now so i think is the fuel pump??

You need to inspect spark at the plugs as well as fuel pressure at the rail. It maybe the fuel pump, but it may be a lot of other things as well so no need in replacing parts that are not actually faulty. Let me know how the spark and fuel pressure is.
