1995 MAZDA Protege (1.5L) auto trans 87000 miles, check engine light came on. I Read a PO 1195 Code."SCP HBCC Chip failed to initialize". Wonderful, what the heck does that mean? Thanks

On a FORD/MAZDA this code is not Barametric sensor or O2 sensor. It means the code reader used was unable to intialize the HBCC and properly interface with your cars computer
