Hello, is this vehicle a California Standards emissions setup? It will say on the tag on the underside of the hood. It will say Federal and/or California emissions. And is this a Sedan or Coupe? Cali and Federal emissions are different, they have more emissions standards in California and the vehicle will have a Mass Air Flow sensor and a Map sensor, under federal standards it will only have a Mass Air Flow sensor on the air intake boot. Are you getting a code for the Map sensor? What exact code number are you getting? Is it a P0643 or P010A?
If you do have a Map sensor on this vehicle it is only used for diagnostic purposes, it has no control over fuel strategy. It reads Intake manifold absolute pressure, so there might be a vacuum leak somewhere causing this code. But here is where it is supposed to be located. Nissan is terrible with their diagrams. The second is engine compartment. In the first diagram it shows the colors of the wires going to the map sensor. It will be located somewhere after the throttle plates/Throttle body on the intake manifold.
