My car was running rough then the next day my check engine light came on and it gave me 3 codes from the code reader PO102, PO113 and PO117. So I changed the air filter and bought a new mass air flow sensor then erased the codes and drove it home. The check engine light came back on and it still runs badly.

Most likely you have a wiring issue. I included the testing for the P0102 as I suspect if you fix that one, you will fix all the issue. These sensors share a voltage feed so the fact that they are all showing a low voltage code points to a short to ground issue with the wire. This means that there is a wire that is touching a piece of metal and it is throwing these sensors off causing the engine to run poorly.

Let's run through this testing and let me know what you find. Thanks
