1995 Lincoln Town Car Repair Question

1995 Lincoln Town Car COMPRESSOR FOR AIR SUSPENSION
I have gone through a few tech articles and tested everthing from fuses to relays,air bag solenoid ,control unit height sensor etc...
i can jump out the compressor and it works but does not run on its own when hooked up,i have coorect voltage between relay/fuse and control unit also btween control unit and compressor etc...door actuator switches are good i cant find anything wrong
compressor just wont run....

U NEED A NEW PUMP. WWW.ARNOTT INC. CALL THEM, AND TELL THEM KEN PRESCOTT REFERRED SO I CAN GET A DISCOUNT HOMIE. IF PUMP IS BA D , SO ARE AIR BAGS

the pump works when tested on its own only wont work when connected to the rest of the system

ANY PUMP WILL WORK IF U JUMP IT, REPLACE THE PUMP
