1990 Lincoln Town Car no power from pcm to injectors

1990 Lincoln Town Car V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hi iv checked every sensor on the car im getting fuel to the rail but im not getting power to the the red wire of the injector harness I did however run a hot wire to the injector harness and the car runs fine my question is is the pcm bad or is there a broken wire and is it possible to run my on hot wire but I think the voltage needs to be droped so I don't fry the injectors

Check fuse no.13 in fuse block and fuse T in engine compartment fuse block if okay

Inspect and test the EEC Power relay-it powers the injectors

Where is the eec is it the three relays on the driver side of the motor

Well I ran a hot wire to the injectors since there all red and the car runs fine but when I plug the sensors in it dies like I turned the key off could I have a bad sensor or could the pcm be bad because im getting spark im getting fuell but not to the injectors oh beore cranking the volts at the injectors with the key turned foward is 12.8 when cranking it drops to.84 so im lost as to what is going on and thanks for all the help

What sensor that's causing it to die when you plug it back in?

Did you check the EEC Relay? -The power source to the injector comes from there.

Yes I checked the eec realy oh and the ecm is new new stator and there is a diode in the realy box could this be bad and can you check it with a volt metter

Well the only sensors that run thru the injector harness where the red wirs is.
Is the iac egr purge valve and I think the map sensor but when there unpluged it runs but not great it is running rich
but before all this happend it woul stop at lights hard starting
im also the third owner and the guy I got the car from said that when the a/c is on it will switch to heat by it's self and around that time he said it started acting up so could it posibley be the a/c realy but I do not know but I know where it is
