Hi! I want to program chip's to change fuel time, fuel injection amount, rpm shift changes. etc .
please let me know what program and gadget's i need to make it possible.

the only way you can do that is to buy a kit from bullly dog or whoever makes them for your car. They are limited to some of the things that can be done. Otherwise you'll need a computer that the car manufacters have available to do that. Which only manufacturers have .
