2003 Lincoln Navigator V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Left side of navigator suspension is down.
Could it be the relay? And Where is that relay located?

Most likely if its only one corner thats down, its a leak in the air spring. Keeping the air suspension averages approx. $800 for each corner on that vehicle. Do yourself a favor and do a spring conversion for 1/4 the price:
