Following procedure, the HVAC control gives a "25" and "155" code. I know the "25" is for the blend door, but need help with the "155". I know the actuator is bad, but when I manually move the lever on the blend door itself, the air never gets hot, only cool to luke warm. Any help is appreciated.

If opening the blend door and have no heat, is the engine reaching operating temp and if not check thermostat
if its reaching the operating temp
check heater hoses both should be hot if one hot one warm heater core need to be isolated and flush
Sorry I cant find the codes you supplied lets make sure we are at the same page try to get the codes this way or by using a scanner tool
Ensure coolant temperature is at least 120 °F (49 °C) before entering self-diagnostics.
Turn ignition to run position (engine off).
Simultaneously depress OFF and FLOOR buttons on EATC module, then press AUTOMATIC button within 2 seconds.
Display will show a pulse tracer going around the center of the display window for up to 30 seconds while test is running.

Thanks, Jack O for a quick reply! The display flashes a "25" and then a "155". I double checked. Also, the actuator is not even hooked the the blend door any longer. Both heater hoses feel hot, but the car seems to take an abnormally long time to reach operating temp. I'm just trying to get a little heat until I can replace the actuator as its int he teens here in OK. Thank

If its taking long time to reach operating temp
should have the thermostat checked or replaced
as the engine coolant should be hot for it to provide heat on the inside of the car
blend door only allow the air to channel between the heater and AC and since you are able to move it
