Carefully pry out the rear edge of the lamp assembly at the lower rear edge of the door panel, you will see a slot that a flat screw driver will fit into so as to remove the lamp. Unplug the lamp and put it aside. Remove the phillips head screw that is now exposed by the removal of the lamp. Next, locate the blank plug in the door panel that is located below the inner door handle, remove that cover and that will expose a bolt that I THINK is 5/16. Remove that bolt. Next, very carefully pull UP on the entire panel and it will come free of the door. DO NOT PULL THE PANEL AWAY FROM THE DOOR YET. You will see several plastic hooks that are molded into the panel that hold the panel to the door. Holding the panel out from the door at the top at an angle, reinstall the lower portion of the panel hooks into the door and then reach down and unplug all the electrical connectors for the window and lock switches, speakers, etc. Now you can pull the panel away from the door.
