2001 Lincoln Continental Front Brake Caliper Piston

2001 Lincoln Continental V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

When replacing the front brake pads,in order to push the piston back into the caliper am I able to use a regular C clamp ? There is no special tool needed like on the rear correct?
