1998 Lincoln Continental, the turn signals and break lights stopped working. The Center light in the back window does work when breaks are applied. This seemed to start when I put the four ways on, they no longer work either. This was proceeded by the turn signals not working unless you gently moved the lever.

rasmataz,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I researched the multi function switch online and discovered that the hazard flasher switch on top of the steering column was the problem. I sprayed some electrical connection cleaner into that area and worked the hazzard switch and the turn signal lever and problem solved.

It took all of two minutes.

You made my day thanks for the help.
