1998 Lincoln Continental Repair Question

1998 Lincoln Continental Cabin fogs up
My car has booming heat and does not smell like anti-freeze, but yet when I get more than 1 person in the car, the windows fog up and will not defog.
It is like I need a squeegy for each window.
I was told it could be the drain on my firewall is plugged. Where it is located and do you think it could be something else?

try turning on A/C only, see if the drain is clear! you have too much condensation in the evap core! In a TC A/C runs with heat!
