have a 95 lincoln continental i turn on car compressor runs 5-6 seconds no air in bags (bags brand new) compressor shut down what the problem

The compressor itself won't kick on the light, but just about anything else electrical could. My bet is either the compressor relay or a broken wire in the front solenoid connector harness.
