1992 Lincoln Continental won't start

I have fixed my electrical problem.Now it wont start.It try's to start.I checked the coil and i have spark.and i have spark at the plugs. I get fuel at the injectors but i am not sure if i am getting fuel into the cylinders ?
Any suggestions.

Check firing order check spark plug do a compression test
