Light smoke/steam from exhaust

The car puts outs a little bit of blue smoke upon start up and clears up for a few minutes then puts out a little bit of steam and kind of looks like when you start a car on a cold day. The little bit of blue smoke does come back as well and it's not losing any coolant and the oil is still clean. Could this be from the car sitting for a long time? This car has been sitting in the driveway and garage for about a year and a half but has been started occasionally and only driven a few blocks recently. It doesn't overheat and it does run and drive just fine but I was curious to know if this could be anything serious? All I've done to it was replaced the water pump and thermostat along with a few gaskets. I've dealt with blown head gaskets before and this doesn't seem similar, but what do you think?

It sounds like you are okay if the car sits you can get blue smoke on start up which should go away quickly. Here is a guide to help you see what is going on:
