1993 Lexus SC 400 Lexus SC400. Changing the water pump

What is the best way to change the water pump on my lexus sc400? How much of the front of the engine needs to come off? Is there a easier way?

I think it needs to be replaced cause when I start the car coolant comes out on the timing belt and sprays off it. Sounds like a bumb water pump right?
