1992 Lexus SC 300 temperature control panel does not work

The temperature control panel does not work. The fans, heater, air conditioning, and defroster do not work and no indicators on the control panel are shown as on.

Wednesday, April 21, 2010. I have not received a reply to my email and it has been over two days. Please send me back my donation. Obviously Pay Pal and 2carpros have my email; however I can't get a diagnostic or response from KHLow2008.
