Power steering into injection system
Steering problem

I have put all new hoses and pump on my 1990 LS400. Now the power steering fluid is getting blown through the vacuum lines into the fuel injection system. How is the systems tied together and how could I begin to repair this? I should tell you that I purchased this car with this problem and the previous owner could have done anything.

Your air flow control sensor located on the bottom of the steering pump is bad and is letting fluid get sucked into the intake manifold through the 2 vacume lines attached.
