Installed compressor and condenser.Put 3/4 charge on system.Can't get compressor or fans on. They worked before.

Ok so did you just replace the parts and put in freon and thats it? Did you have the system e-vacuated before putting in the freon? If now then you must do that first then get back to me before putting in freon again and I will let you know what to do to fill it right, or if they don't charge to much have the shop do it. Get back to me.
