2000 Lexus IS 200 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 99000 miles

i put wrong way jumper leeds to recharge my battery, there iwas a spark on the battery terminal , after charging i can start my car but i can not pull my auto gair on " D " for Drive and and fuel gage and speedo meter neadle is not working

i chacked all the fuses they r all OK , what is the next you think possibley problem
