2008 Lexus ES 350 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 42 miles
This is a brand new Lexus and after driving about 200 miles, the transmission pump needs to be replaced. The dealer says this is rare but sometimes happens in a new car.

Hi there,
The dealer is correct, this is an uncommon occurrence but anything mechanical can fail, this will be fixed under the warranty and you will have no problems.
