Hello. I have a 2000 Lexus ES300 and was driving it when it started to misfire. Engine was sputtering and has los of power. Code came up E 302 so I changed the coil from cyl 1 to cyl 2. Same problem but now code E301 only came on so I figured it was the coil. Put in new coil and only E 301 came on, not original E 302. Thought new coil was bad and got another new coil and new spark plug for cyl 1 and now have three trouble codes! E 300, E301, and E302. Still same sputtering and loss of power. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi jimenezaldo, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Check all the cylinders involved on the misfires sparkplug/compression/injectors. P0300 is normally caused by vacuum leaks and bad fuel-Might want test the crankshaft position sensor

Additonal causes:

1. Defective spark plug
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Throttle position sensor.
11. Idle air control valve.
