1997 Lexus ES 300 car wont start, but battery is good

My lexus wont start. We know the battery is good 'cause if you jump the car it runs fine but once you turn it off it wont kick over again

Load test the battery if okay the alternator might not be charging it or the battery is not taking the charge-if both battery and alternator are okay-Could also be a short circuit in the electrical system eating up the battery
