I took my car to an import shop. Among the things they were going to fix, they were to look at the passenger front window. I was told the motor was bad. They took the door panel off to look, and now there is no power to that window, or the the 2 rear windows. Could this have happened before they looked at it, or do you think they dislodged something? Of course, they deny that it's their fault.

Thank you,
Jaylyn

If the back windows are working before they degut it so who's fault is it? The windows! Something is very fishy here-you can tell if the motor is defective by powering it if its works then we can blame the master switch, circuit breaker or fuse.

Why they pick the motor that's the tough one to deal with and more money to it-than replacing the master switch

Apparently, they didn't realize the child lock was on. Ha. Then the manager got mad at me for telling him the windows worked when I brought the car in. Go figure.
