1994 Lexus ES 300 Repair Question

1994 Lexus ES 300 Car won't start, nothing when key is turn
Electrical problem
1994 Lexus ES 300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles
Car won't turn over and headlights won't come on. Headlight fuses in engine compartment fuse box are fine but they are not getting any current. Regarding starter, no current at starter. When I connect directly from battery to starter car will start. Must be a relay somewhere between ignition switch and starter. I've checked all fuses and the starter fuse is good but it's not getting any power/current unless I connect a lead wire directly from battery to the wire that goes to the starter solenoid. I've checked the fuse box under the driver's side dash and all are ok. Ignition fuse gets power when key is turned to on position. I could sure use your help on this!

Check the starter relay and park/neutral position switch and ignition switch

Where is the starter relay located on the 1994 lexus es300?

On junction box no.2 left side of engine compartment.
