Electrical problem
1990 Lexus ES 250 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
I have an electrical problem and I have to keep one battery cable disconnected or the battery is drained. No one seem to be able to offer any suggestions as to why this happens. Over the years dianostics have been run but unsuccesful in any attempts to solve the problem. Counld this be a fuse? I was recently told the battery draw was 23ma. I dont know what that means except a draw down on the battery
