Fluid leaking from underneath the car

There is fluid dripping out of the nipple in the picture. It's towards the front passenger side. What is this? Thanks.

Can you get a picture from a couple different angles? That looks like the oil pan but those plugs look like they have been added to the pan. If this is the oil pan then that would be oil but lets confirm what that first.

What color is the fluid? Put some of the fluid on your finger and take a picture of that as well if you are not sure. Thanks.
