Smoke/steam dripping water/running hot

Hi i have a 1999 land rover range rover 4.6 hse with 43000 miles and it was starting to leak water on the inside of the(the carpet on the drivers side) as well as the outside but now it leaks under the hood and now steam is starting to come out and its starting to run hot when i am driving and someone told me that it was leaking on my manifold and thats the reason for the steam and for it to be running hot so what should i do? :?:

Is it water or coolant leak?
To determine if its coolant or not check the system see if u low on antifreeze
If that s the case most antifreeze leak inside the car its heater core
If its water and when running AC its normal just have the drain clean
Good luck
