1999 Land Rover Freelander 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 136000 miles

hi i have a 1999 freelander,i have noticed that there is a glug glug rubbing noise coming from under the rear of the car,diff was found to be leaking,so i repaired this,but i keep hearing noises from the back whenever i turn right usually,it is not the wheel bearing,they have been checked,i have however noticed the prop is raising and hitting of the underbody of my car...pls help!!!!
