1996 Land Rover 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 128000 miles

hi i have a 96 landrover discovery which has just come down with an electrical fault which is i have no interiour lights or cigarette lighter and when i open my drivers door it resets the time clock back to 1pm the cigarette lighter fuse was blown i changed this but the problem is the same can you help ????

you have a short in the wiring .. most probably around the door switch area !
