2001 Kia Sportage fuses

2001 Kia Sportage 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

yes I have a? I keep hearing this buzzing nosie so I lefted up my hood and its coming frm the fuse box I left the top off and the buzzing nosie is coming from my master relay and I took it out put it back in and started the car and then I shut it back off and waited a few minutes and I heard it again I trun the key over and not start it the nosie went away now I never had this problem or heard the nosie before but I was wondering why I fuse ur master fuse would be buzzing please help me
