2000 Kia Sportage 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
when I start the suv the headlights don't come on every time. If I wait sometimes they will come on. The lights are very dull even then. I was thinking it could be a relay or a bad ground but I can't read the cover of the fuses under the hood or a wiring diagram.
