Electrical problem
2004 Kia Spectra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 144000 miles

Hi,
The battery drained down two time and the car would not start. had battery and alt tested. they where good.
having electrical problems. I check the fuses with a volt meter and they tested good.
The radio, the remote entry, dash clock, dome light, map light, door light will not come on. The door lock will only work when the car is on.

some kind of power problem with part of the electrical system.

I tryied to look for any recalls but did not see any electrical recalls.

Any Suggestions what to replace/fix ?
