could be, i would start by checking the fuses then the bulbs, also you should know that, the way vehicles are made now ,is that several components will be on the same ground, therefore, if one thing goes bad*shortsout) then everything on that ground will or could be affected, causing them not to work either, this is mostly in the electronics of the vehicle, so use that info when checking on these items
