Electrical problem
2000 Kia Spectra 4 cyl Automatic
my car was working like normal the night befor then the next morning i got up to use it and it would not start it turns over but dosent start. i just got a tune up 3 weeks prior and i did notice for several months befor this happened while i IDLE MY EXHAUST MAKES A WEIRD almot vibrateing NOISE AND THERe WAS A PINGING NOISE , occuring MOSTLY AFTER I TURNED THE CAR OFF OR IDLED PLEASE HELP WE HAVE replaced the fuel pump and checked the fuses and spark plugs!!
