2000 Kia Sephia wont start but tries to turnover.

I think its the fuel filter. But not sure, it wil start after about 10 to 20 starts.I need to know how to take the old fuel filter off and how to put a new one on.

REMOVAL

Warning
Fuel is explosive. When working on fuel system make sure to supply adequate ventilation to the work area. Do not smoke, and keep sparks and open flames away.

Depressurize fuel system.
See: Fuel Pressure Release

Disconnect fuel hoses from fuel filter.
Remove fuel filter and bracket.

INSTALLATION

When installing fuel filter, push fuel hose fully onto fuel filter.

Install fuel filter and bracket. Tightening torque: 9.5 lb-ft (12.9 N-m, 1.3 kg-cm)
Connect fuel hoses.
