2006 Kia Rio 4 cyl Automatic

Gauges Up and Down, the engine gone crazy, I already went to the dealer they cannot figure out what is wrong with my car it has been 3 weeks now

It sounds like an electrical issue. Have they checked the basics like body grounds and the main ground to the engine block as well as the battery cables for internal damage?
