2005 Kia Rio RPMs going crazy and slow acceleration

So I own a 2005 Kia rio. Recently my check engine light came on with the following codes p0700, p0726, and p0741. Shortly after I noticed my RPMs jumpin up and down whenever I let off the gas. Soon after that I felt a jolt and then the car began to accelerate extremely slow and seemed like it was not switching gears or something. I can get the car to hit up to 70mph at 4000 RPMS but it takes me forever to reach those speeds. Any ideas?
