2004 Kia Rio won't start or turnover

My Kia has been running well with no issues at all. I parked it a couple of weeks ago but whenI wen tot start it after about a week of setting idle it doesn't start or even clickor turnover. I have a charger onthe battery but there is no change and when I turn the key there is no response at all
