2003 Kia Rio My Kia Rio Need Help ASPS!

2003 Kia Rio 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 106k miles

I was in the car and then the car stop ,but the lights and radio still was on . Then the car don't start up and make "Tak" noise when try to start up.

Now I don't know what is the problem please help !!
