When I turn my heater on the radiator fan kicks on and wont turn off. It works normally when the heater is off. Therefore my heater continuosly blows cold air because the radiator fan wont shut off when heater blower is on.I was wondering why?

When the selector control is set for heat and the fan control is off, does the cooling fan still run? Also, if the heat/ac are both turned completely "off", does the cooling fan run? Please advise.

The only place the blower motor and the cooling fan come together is at the "engine control module". This unit it located under the dash behind the left kick panel. If a diode in this module blew, the blower fan circuit could backfeed the cooling fan circuit and cause your problem. Hope this helps.
